I love the purple glow in the Doctor icons. The facial expression and hair add to the kind of creepy mood in them, too. :D I am not sure which crop I like best, but maybe the second one, because off-center is more unsettling and adds to the creepiness? :)

I really like the extreme close crop in the second DW icon, and the kiss icon is really well cropped, too.
