This battle presented to you by violateraindrop and me. We're both completely in love with My Lady Jane right now, and that means icon battle time! \o/

The maximum number of icons for the battle is 20. One for each episode, plus 12 show-related and technical themes:


01. - 08. one icon for each episode

09. fave Ethian / animal character (in either form)
10. fave Verity / antagonist (there are a few non-antagonistic Verities, they also count)
11. fave character
12. otp

13. costume
14. quote (text in the form of a quote from the show, the text doesn't have to be readable, it doesn't have to be text-only)
15. musical moment (icon your favorite soundtrack lyrics, or a scene in which you especially liked the soundtrack - text not required)
16. decorative accent (add a decorative brush/texture, or focus on something decorative a character is holding/wearing/etc.)

17. one color (one color should be dominant, the icon doesn't have to be monochrome)
18. negative space
19. close crop
20. modern look (use techniques/coloring/texturing to purposely give the icon a not-classical-period look)
