Doctor Who (Dr. Who XII)

I know it's awful , there's a reason I don't make a lot of animated icons. I made it from regular screen caps (thanks to genrecaps) & not the way you're supposed to do it with different software, so I added the frame timing myself, which is obviously all wrong. 😃

You're too kind, thank you!
It's really time consuming to add & edit each frame, but you can make good gifs that way if you have a lot of frames/screen caps.

I always make gifs with Photoshop, and a lot of it is still single-frame editing. Soooo much work. (So I almost never do it either, for the same reason. :D)

I like what you did there!

I'd maybe stop for a bit longer on the last frame, so it looks more like turning around and less like spinning - or did you want to make it look seamless? In that case: excellent job!

Ugh it's so boring to do! I know there are online programs to make gifs but I haven't tried them yet. But in Gimp 2.8, any coloring effects or any filters must be applied on each layer, edited one at a time. I haven't used 2.10 yet it may have been upgraded.
Still I used to make gifs sometimes, Ihave my ancient Lost ones in here

Well, on that icon, I wanted to do a soft fade out/fade in to white instead of an endless spin, like this but it was almost midnight & I didn't like the colors enough to keep editing though my beloved Doctor obviously deserves better! LOL

Thank you! 😸
