Guardian Battle 1.0-Collection and Sign-up post

Hello,my fellow Guardian fans and anybody else who might want to icon it even if they don't watch it!
I'm naming this Guardian Battle 1.0 because I'm hoping we might  have more of these later!
 

Let's get down to the rules.Please read carefully.
The first 10 people to sign up have 2 slots. 
For the 1st slot you will provide 1 theme. Themes can be anything from colours, technique, emotion etc.
For the 2nd slot provide a  screencap.
The reason for this is that, if we don't get 10 participants,we still have enough material for the battle.
Comment in this post with your theme and screencap. Collection will end on 22nd Jan,2021.
*Those who sign up after the first 10 participants have to use the themes already selected by the first 10.

and i have a question: how many icons will we have to make? I feel like that's an information people might like to know at sign-up?

Heeyyy!Yes,I was thinking it over and I'm wondering. Should we do a proper 10 icons or leave it up to everyone to make 1-10 icons(or maybe more if I just include all the screencaps and themes provided so far)

Um, yeah, but now we have 20 things, not 10. If everyone has to make an icon for everything provided, then we have to make 20. (which would be okay with me, but... was that what you wanted?)

Or are the caps just for kicks and you don't have to use them? Or do you have to combine a theme with a cap and make 10? But then how are they combined?

Or will the caps just get cut off? It's looking more and more like we only have 6 participants, so only the first 4 caps will be used. Is that it?

Aaaah,well,I was thinking since we got 6 themes and 6 caps (I don't think we'll get any more by end of today), that's enough to play around with. How does this sound? We will have 12 things(6 themes+6 caps) and people can choose to make 10 icons using any 10 things from the 12. I say 10 because 12 is...a weird number. :/ The round up post will look a bit different but hey,I think it should be okay. :)

That sounds like a good idea, yes!

Aaaactually, can we make 12? I mean, 1 to 12? I don't think 12 is a weird number at all. That's what it came out to due to the number of people signing up, and it's close enough to 10 to be a reasonable expectation.

(And I really want to use my own and wickedgame's caps. :D)

eta: otoh, now we have 7 sign-ups. So ignore me. Yes, any 10 things is fine. The result post will have holes in it, but I still think it's a good idea.

Aaaaahhh maybe I'll just go with letting everyone make 1-14(right now) icons...I mean, I probably will make a whole set of whatever is there because GUARDIAN!/o\

ikr? i'll definitely make all of them, too. And if you allow people to just make as many as they like, that'll work out fine I think. :D

i already added the open battle tags to this post, not sure if we need them on both?
